Artegría Limited 1-Year Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty and applies only to physical goods purchased directly from the official Artegría store on Amazon, Artegría Store on eBay or Artegría Store on Etsy and does not apply to products sold or re-sold by un-authorized third-party sellers in third party stores.
Artegría Limited 1-Year Warranty covers product's manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period of one (1) year starting from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover typical everyday wear and tear or abuse and does not apply to products undergone improper cleaning and maintaining practices.
By registering your warranty, your e-mail will be added to our mailing list. We may send you an occasional e-mail with special offers or product announcements. We will try to be as infrequent as possible. If you happen to feel annoyed or uninterested, you can always unsubscribe.

How long does the Limited 1-Year Warranty coverage last?
Artegría Limited 1-Year Warranty Period is one (1) year starting from the purchase date. Warranty applies only to products registered on the warranty registration page
What does the Limited 1-Year Warranty cover?
Artegría Limited 1-Year Warranty covers product's manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period of one (1) year starting from the purchase date. Artegría will replace, at no charge to the customer, products or parts of a product that confirm to be defective. Photo proof and additional information from the customer may be required. We reserve the right to either replace the product, replace part of a product, or give a refund.

What does the Limited 1-Year Warranty not cover?
Artegría Limited 1-Year Warranty does not cover typical everyday wear and tear, natural breakdown, non-standard usage, abuse, negligence, theft, accidents and does not apply to products undergone improper cleaning and maintaining practices. Altered or modified products are not covered.
Artegría Limited 1-Year Warranty does not cover products sold or re-sold by un-authorized third-party sellers in third party stores.
How do I properly clean and maintain Artegría brushes?
Cleaning and maintaining instructions PDF download link can be found in the warranty registration confirmation e-mail. Please also refer to the booklet or instruction card included with the purchased product to correctly prepare your brushes for work before first use.
